The biggest fear on a child's first day on snow isn't falling — it's getting scared and never wanting to ski again. This is Snowi's own named teaching method, letting your child progress step by step from having their hand held to skiing off on their own, all on day one.

Actual timing varies with each child's confidence and muscle development, but most children complete the first five gliding stages within one day (a 6-hour 1-on-1 lesson). Riding every lift together is our safety commitment to every child, start to finish. At the end of the lesson, we'll tell you which stage your child reached that day.

Hoshino TOMAMU's Official School.Snowi is operated by Shinmei GK and is the officially recognized ski school of the Hoshino TOMAMU resort — our credentials are verifiable, not just any instructor off the street.
Emi Herself Accompanies You to the Hospital.If an accident requires medical care, Emi personally goes with you to the hospital to translate and handle things on the spot — you're never left to figure it out alone.
Verbal Progress Update After Every Lesson.At the end of each lesson, the instructor tells you in person which stage of "Hand-in-Hand to Letting Go" your child reached that day — so you can see the progress.

Snowi was founded by Emi and is TOMAMU Hoshino's officially registered ski school, with licensed instructors at other resorts as well. All instructors hold international certifications and have 10+ years of multilingual teaching experience. Our teaching spans 16 major Hokkaido resorts — from Kamui to Furano to TOMAMU — so wherever you are in Hokkaido, there's a course time and instructor to fit you.

Skiing and snowboarding carry inherent risk, and accidents can occur due to snow conditions, weather, terrain, or an individual's physical condition. We reserve the right to adjust, postpone, or cancel a lesson based on on-site snow conditions, visibility, avalanche risk, and other safety factors, with participant safety always the top priority. Every course includes accident insurance up to ¥200 million; claim terms and coverage are subject to the insurer's actual policy conditions.
Participants must honestly disclose their health condition, any prior injuries, and their skiing experience, and assess for themselves whether a particular course level is suitable — the advanced course (Park／Powder-Tree Guide) in particular requires the ability to comfortably S-turn on red (blue) runs. Minors must be accompanied by, or have the consent of, a guardian to book.
Course content, pricing, resort information, and schedules on this website are for reference only; actual services are governed by the officially confirmed booking. Snowi (Shinmei GK) is not liable for losses, injuries, or delays caused by force majeure, third-party service providers (such as resorts or lift operators), or participants' own actions, though we will do our best to assist with any related matters.
